Train - to - perform
Those looking to improve their athletic abilities will opt for this training approach.

We will create a customized training program to help you reach the performance goals you have in mind. This program will very much focus on improving your ability to produce force, power, and speed. This will translate to improved performance in what ever sport or situation in front of you.

Weight LosS

While the scale can be a good indication of a decrease in body fat, it does not account for an increase in muscle mass and daily fluctuations in water weight. Therefore, we encourage clients to take a "Before" photo that they can use as a benchmark for their progress.

The programs utilize a variety of circuit training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and other conditioning techniques.

Physique
Although physique is a broad description, with CPD Performance we characterize physique clients as those who are looking to increase lean muscle mass.

 

The techniques used vary greatly and are catered to meet client goals. Most of the training protocols focus on body building principles and are further enhanced through strength and circuit training. Using an individualized approach we'll create your perfect program. 

Strength Training

Clients looking to focus on strength are primarily concerned with breaking PR's (personal records).

 

By carefully moderating both training load and intensity, we use a progressive protocol that will have you lifting heavier than you ever thought possible. 

Endurance Training

If you are an experienced endurance athlete or challenging yourself to complete your first event, this option is for you.

 

With CPD Performance, we use modality based interval training and resistance training as a means to both improve performance and aid in injury prevention. Furthermore, by analyzing your running gait we can improve your technical execution, thus making you faster and more economical. 

Due to the time requirements of endurance training, CPD Performance's online training program is another great option to help clients reach their goals.
