CPD Performance believes that everyone is an athlete and sometimes its just waiting to be discovered. Being an athlete can mean many things to different people. With CPD Performance we help you reach your vision of athleticism while also trying to develop some of the qualities we deem important: strength, power, speed and endurance. We strive to maximize your performance and ensure you have longevity in both life and sport.

My name is Cody, 

 

I’ve been involved in athletics my entire life.

 

Growing up, sports were my one true passion and I didn’t discriminate. If it had a ball, net, or puck I was playing it.

 

However, my physical stature always seemed to be one step behind my natural ability and love for the game. It was strength and conditioning that bridged the gap and helped me reach my full potential as an athlete.

 

Through hard work and excellent coaching I saw my performance sky rocket. I went on to continue my athletic career in University and now I commit my life to improving athlete performance as a Strength and Conditioning and Physical Preparation coach.

Qualifications and Experiences:

MKIN (2019): Masters in Kinesiology with a focus in Strength and Conditioning and Physical Preparation

NSCA-CPT: National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Personal Trainer

FMS-1: Functional Movement Screener

- Graduate Assistant Coach (Golf, Swimming, Men’s Volleyball, Women’s Hockey, Women’s Rugby)

- Undergraduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach to 2017 National Champion Men’s Football Team

- Fortius Center for sport and health: Graduate Strength and Conditioning coach - Hockey Strong (Offseason NHL Training)

- Twist Strength and Conditioning: Strength and Conditioning Coach (Youth Development Hockey Program)

- 6 years training experience.
